Support Policy
The SkyX XR10 Rev E220 and SS10 E220 are no longer shipping. Rev E220 units have serial numbers that begin with "EK", "SSC", or "2109173". Hardware enhancements were implemented in order to provide the customer with better investment protection and extensibility for features. The suggested migration path is to the SkyX Accelerator 250.

Legend of Terms

Announce date Date product discontinuance was announced to customers.
Initial sale date Date product was first shipped.
Last order / ship date The last date that product may be ordered from the price list.
Price list end date The date the product is removed from the price list.
End of contract sales / renewal The last date that a new or renewal service contract may be purchased. The contract may not extend beyond the last date of support (product end of life).
End of S/W maint. The last date that Packeteer may release any final software maintenance releases or bug fixes. After this date, Packeteer will no longer develop, repair, maintain or test the product software.
End of H/W maint. and tech support The last date that Packeteer will provide hardware repairs or exchanges. The last date Packeteer will provide technical support.
End of life date The last date to receive service and support fro the product. After this date all support services (including hardware repairs) for the product are unavailable and the product becomes obsolete.
BLUE COAT ACQUISITION
Blue Coat will continue to support Packeteer customers based on active/current support agreements. Customers may obtain support for Packeteer products through the same mechanisms previously utilized.
